You must be 18 years and above and be a Singapore citizen or Singapore resident to participate in the survey.
All permanent and/or contract employees as well as service providers and working partners of Cordlife Singapore and their immediate family members are not
eligible to participate.
Each person can only submit one entry. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
All participants will receive a S$50 Bloom Photography e-voucher via email no later than 31 May 2021 upon successful completion of the survey.
Cordlife Group Limited reserves the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and has the absolute discretion
to disqualify participants that do not meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. The decision is final and conclusive and Cordlife Group Limited
