Responsibilities
  • Support the Line Manager in the execution of marketing initiatives (digital marketing, events management, roll out of tactical promotions and brand campaigns, management of loyalty & referral programs, development of marketing materials, etc.)
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and assist in the execution of all marketing initiatives / plans / strategies
  • Support in the planning, development, implementation and performance tracking of effective digital strategies to drive campaign performance across digital platforms
  • Rotational lead and support functions in the management of events (ie: baby fairs, seminars, client nurturing events, etc.)
  • Craft marketing content to drive maximum audience engagement across multiple platforms
  • End-to-end execution and management of marketing campaigns – from content generation and copywriting, to campaign tracking and reporting
  • Source, manage and liaise with agencies and vendors to develop marketing materials (e.g. product brochures, detailing aids, website content, etc.)
  • Segment leads and/or client database to effectively execute Marketing campaigns
  • Marketing operations support (ie: expense reporting, raising of purchase orders, etc.)
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree with at least 1-2 years of experience in digital media and social media marketing
  • Knowledge of traditional marketing
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in working with agencies (ie: media, creative, etc.)
  • Strong command of English with a flair for writing
  • Multitasker with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Highly attentive to details
  • Team player with strong project management skills, yet possesses the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
  • Directly responsible for all Cordlife enquiries and pre to post sales activities
  • Represent Cordlife in promoting its Umbilical Cord Banking ,Umbilical Cord Lining banking services and (or) other services which Cordlife may offer
  • Responsible for client education and offering detailed explanation of contract agreement
  • Attend to walk in customers enquiries at the sales offices located across few hospitals in Singapore
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in customer service or retail operations
  • Highly independent and organized
  • Positive attitude with a pleasant personality
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • High level of initiative
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all procurement and general administrative related duties assigned
  • Receive visitors (guests, vendors/suppliers, contractors etc.)
  • Daily opening of letterbox, sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
  • Sending of daily mails to post office
  • Arranging of local/overseas courier services and preparing documents.
  • Sorting and preparing of Procurement documents
  • Arranging and receiving of daily delivery
  • Manage office supplies (stationery and pantry supplies)
  • Maintenance of office equipment (photocopiers, faxes, etc.)
  • Maintaining of Procurement office inventory (leasing to staff use)
  • Maintaining of company contracts (physical & online)
  • Sourcing for quotation
  • Managing Purchasing and inventory in NAV
  • Working with the team to ensure procurement policies are adhered to
  • Any cost efficiency initiatives and projects that the team is running
Requirements
  • O level with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Meticulous and well-organized, with multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Assist and Support CRM and IT duties for the Region
  • Design, Develop / Maintain Web Solution for ERP Application and Application documentation and API
  • Perform User Gathering and translate into Documentation
  • Complete the full phases of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design Analysis & Design to Implementation
  • Application Auditing
  • Ability to apply design concepts – layered architectures, components, interfaces, messaging and patterns.
  • Familiarity with Software Change/Configuration Management and Build Processes in a complex environment.
  • Ability to pick up new APIs, Framework & Domain Knowledge.
  • Responsible for CRM design and coding
  • Support ERP implementation project
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in IT with at least 1 years of programming experience
  • Web Programming Skill (ASP, ASP.NET,PHP, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, VB Script, Ajax)
  • Very Strong Programming Skill (VB.NET, SQL Scripting, C#)
  • Must have knowledge in the following:
    1. Microsoft SQL
    2. Microsoft Development Tools
    3. Strong Web Model Concept
      1. MVC Framework – Struts 2.0, Spring
      2. HTTP Request & Response Model
