Responsibilities:

  • Provide directions and advice to Management, Lab Managers on all technical & lab operational aspects.
  • Lead technical and/or laboratory operational developments for the validation and integration of new products, services and processes.
  • Implementation of new products and initiatives for the company as directed.
  • Scouting and assessments of potential new products, services, technologies and processes for the company.
  • Evaluate processing data, ensure product safety, efficacy and endpoints met.
  • Ensure daily aspects of laboratory processes are performed in accordance with SOPs and quality standards met.,
  • Operational responsibility as Laboratory Director of Cordlife facilities as designated; ensure adherence to internal policies and operating procedures, AABB (or other applicable international) standards and local authority regulations.
  • Responsible for lab operations budget planning, and implementation.
  • Provide training & development, continuing education including speaking engagements.
  • Oversees cord blood unit releases.
  • Interface with Country Director(s), Medical Director and Senior Management on new initiatives.
  • Interface with Doctors, clients, health authorities and accrediting bodies.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Biomedical/ Biotechnology or any other life sciences.
  • Experience and strong technical knowledge in stem cells, or genetics/molecular diagnostics.
  • Project, laboratory and team management experience is preferable.
  • Experience working in a commercial / hospital laboratory and/or an AABB-accredited laboratory advantageous.
  • Must be Hepatitis B immunized.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, execute and monitor consumer marketing strategy, conceptualize and implement consumer marketing plans to achieve target client acquisitions and maintain growth
  • Manage marketing documentation budget
  • Event management, development of marketing collaterals, advertising concepts, corporate website, loyalty programs, strategize and manage new media tactics
  • Monitor data analytics to better optimize marketing performance and budgets
  • Research and recommend pricing policy (market competitiveness)

Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 2 years in the same capacity of an Assistant Marketing Manager

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English with a flair for writing
  • Experience in planning, organizing and executing B2C events and digital marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all marketing aspects of all products and services under the Group.
  • Act as a brand evangelist to maintain and ensure alignment to the company’s brand position in assigned territories.
  • Work with the country CEOs and local marketing heads to develop and implement marketing plans to reach target market segments.
  • Develop product core positioning messaging and determine product pricing for existing and new products using market research and competitive information.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and manage the company Microsoft Dynamic Navision in finance, purchasing, inventory, fixed assets, revenue recognition and CRM integration daily support or consulting.
  • Collaborate with project team on testing, product demonstration and integrate existing system to other different platform such as CRM, Pro Soft, Power apps, BI tools and etc.
  • Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping document.
  • Develops and implements NAV projects and tasks (e.g. module enhancement) according to user-defined functional requirements and IT policy.
  • Performs NAV support according to service level requirement, troubleshoots and finds root cause(s) of the application issue and provides solution.
  • Performs training and support users on Microsoft Dynamics Navision Solution/ Business Central.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Prior development experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) (version 2016 and 2017) or Business Central (BC); at least 2 years of experience preferred
  • Good level of NAV Technical Development Skills in C/AL and BC AL Coding.
  • Prior experience with functional documentation, and preferably with experience in requirement gathering skills.
  • Confident in providing support and training to users
  • Strong attention to details and keen desire to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Must have good web programming skill (ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript) programming Skill (SQL Scripting, C#)
  • Working knowledge of IIS Server, Windows Server, Windows SQL
  • Advantageous to have working knowledge of Microsoft Development Tools and strong web model concept (MVC Framework Struts 2.0, Spring, HTTPS request & response model)
  • Proactive, interested in and able to find solutions
  • Hands-on attitude towards work, flexible with ability to multitask

  • Directly responsible for the Laboratory processing and storage preparation of Clients' Umbilical Cord Blood (UCB) and Umbilical Cord Lining (UCL)
  • Directly responsible for the Laboratory processing and storage preparation of lenticule banking
  • Directly responsible for the lab processing of all diagnostic service products
  • Monitor maternal blood withdrawal within 48 hours when initial withdrawal is insufficient.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents in collection kits
  • Good understanding of the specific SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and be able to carry out duties efficiently
  • Call clients to acknowledge the receipt of UCB and UCL from the hospital
  • Assist in the maintenance of quality in the laboratory
  • Recognize protocol deviances and dutifully record incidences when necessary

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Medical Technology or related disciplines
  • Good aseptic technique, experience in tissue / plant culture and the handling of liquid nitrogen will be an added advantage.

  • Assembly of collection kits and packs ensuring sufficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure stocks received are inspected and recorded
  • Ensure minimum safety stock levels are met
  • Ensure accurate updates to stock transaction records
  • Ensure accuracy in usage of related documents for assembly
  • Ensure accuracy in consumable lots assembled noting expiry dates

Requirements:

  • N/ O Level with relevant working experience
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Must have a positive attitude and initiative
  • 6 months contract
  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 1pm
  • $10 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the planning, development, implementation and performance tracking of effective digital strategies to drive campaign performance across digital platforms
  • Rotational lead and support functions in the management of events (i.e.: baby fairs, seminars, client nurturing events, etc.)
  • Craft marketing content to drive maximum audience engagement across multiple platforms
  • End-to-end execution and management of marketing campaigns – from content generation and copywriting, to campaign tracking and reporting
