Responsibilities:

  • Assist and manage the company Microsoft Dynamic Navision in finance, purchasing, inventory, fixed assets, revenue recognition and CRM integration daily support or consulting.
  • Collaborate with project team on testing, product demonstration and integrate existing system to other different platform such as CRM, Pro Soft, Power apps, BI tools and etc.
  • Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping document.
  • Develops and implements NAV projects and tasks (e.g. module enhancement) according to user-defined functional requirements and IT policy.
  • Performs NAV support according to service level requirement, troubleshoots and finds root cause(s) of the application issue and provides solution.
  • Performs training and support users on Microsoft Dynamics Navision Solution/ Business Central.
  • Work with application team on business requirements analysis and provide feedback.
  • Assist team on IST QA testing for new module/customization and new product demonstration.
  • Prepare the functional requirement gathering, test cases and user manual.
  • Assist on the application and documentation of user access and matrix.
  • Assist on any migration project from Microsoft NAV to BC.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Prior development experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) (version 2016 and 2017) or Business Central (BC); at least 2 years of experience preferred
  • Good level of NAV Technical Development Skills in C/AL and BC AL Coding.
  • Prior experience with functional documentation, and preferably with experience in requirement gathering skills.
  • Confident in providing support and training to users
  • Strong attention to details and keen desire to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Good communicator, problem solver, able to think clearly and calmly under pressure.
  • Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for IT software development duties for the Region
  • Creating and implementing design plans.
  • Analysing code segments regularly
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments like: (New updates in Microsoft Application and services, IoT, AI and etc)
  • Direct efforts to defining technical, operational and user requirements
  • Liaise effectively between business users and IST to ensure high quality and timely resolution of business user issues.
  • Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
  • Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan.
  • Own partnership with cross-functional technology to ensure consistent, beneficial business users interaction and solution delivery.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to business uses success and productivity.
  • Application auditing
  • Perform unit testing to ensure current solution for business login & data integrity
  • Familiarity with software change/configuration management and build processes in a complex environment.
  • To work with the user for the functional requirements gathering.
  • Responsible for CRM application design and coding
  • Reviewing code work accuracy and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in IT with at least 1 year of programming experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Fresh graduate without experience can apply for position of Application Support Officer)
  • Must have good web programming skill (ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript) programming Skill (SQL Scripting, C#)
  • Working knowledge of IIS Server, Windows Server, Windows SQL
  • Advantageous to have working knowledge of Microsoft Development Tools and strong web model concept (MVC Framework Struts 2.0, Spring, HTTPS request & response model)
  • Proactive, interested in and able to find solutions
  • Hands-on attitude towards work, flexible with ability to multitask

  • Follow standard procedure for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issue using the IT Request systems.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech note and articles.
  • Follow service level requirements for issues with respect to the severity and category.
  • Comply with project plans and required / applicable standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in IT with knowledge of web programming skill (e.g., ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript), and/or programming skill (SQL Scripting, C#).
  • Good with Microsoft Office (or equivalent) applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes (Agile, SCRUM) preferred.
  • Prior work experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and without close supervision
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Must have a positive attitude and initiative
  • Detail-oriented, have problem solving skills

  • Promote Cordlife’s services and products by means of educating clients on Cordlife's services.
  • Responsible for all CordLife enquiries and pre to post sales activities
  • Directly responsible for delivering sales targets
  • Responsible for maintaining and subsequent increasing closure rates of assigned leads
