  • Assist the Line Manager to maintain customer service excellence activities/programs
  • Provide support to enquiries on promotions, products and services
  • Contribute to the Customer Care team in providing excellent after-sales support through various customer touch-point provide
  • Instill customer loyalty and retain customers through the company's retention strategies
  • Resolve customers complaint/ feedback and all difficult customer enquiries resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction and promotes customer retention
Requirement
  • Diploma/ Degree in Biomedical Science with minimum 2 years working experience in Quality System and prefably 1 year of working experience in the laboratory

Description
  • Responsible for Quality Systems in the company
  • Maintenance of company quality system in compliance to:
    • regulatory requirement; MOH PHMC (Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics) Act and HSA GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices)
    • accreditation standards; AABB (American Association of Blood Banks) & FACT (Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy)
  • Follow-up with operation team on deviation/ non-conformance of workflow for rectification and process improvement
  • Performance of internal audit and record checking to enforce operation compliance
  • Assist regional office on quality matters
  • Maintains computerize and written records/ reports
  • Responsible for Document Control
  • Support supplier/ vendor qualification
  • Feedback to management the quality system in compliance to regulatory and AABB standard requirement.
Requirement
  • Minimum qualification from ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Polytechnic Diploma with at least 1 year experience in general administration
  • Able to work within weekly deadlines
  • Able to work well independently, as well as in a team
  • Positive attitude, innovative and initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, i.e. Words, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Sorting of materials in accordance with the existing filing system
  • Preparation and upkeep of current records and documents
  • Ensure documents are properly archived and placed
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Perform accurate data entry of contract and timely submission of finance forms
  • Perform data integrity verification
  • Update and acknowledgement of change of details and birth certificate
  • Respond to email queries in a timely fashion
  • Timely turnaround time for client correspondences
  • Monitor and upkeep all borrowed Sales contracts in a log book
  • Any miscellaneous changes on Singapore Sales contracts

Requirement
  • Diploma in Medical Technology or related disciplines
  • Good aseptic technique, experience in tissue / plant culture and the handling of liquid nitrogen will be an added advantage
  • Experience in maintaining quality records will be an added advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
  • Able to work independently and without supervision
  • Keen interest to developing a career in the laboratory/ biotechnology field

Description
  • Ensure that UCB (Umbilical Cord Blood) and UCL (Umbilical Cord Lining) are collected from all maternity hospitals in Singapore and delivered timely to our laboratory for processing
  • Monitor maternal blood withdrawal within 48 hours when initial withdrawal is insufficient
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents in collection kits
  • Good understanding of the specific SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and be able to carry out duties efficiently
  • Call clients to acknowledge the receipt of UCB and UCL from the hospital
  • Directly responsible for the laboratory processing and storage preparation of client's UCB and UCL
  • Assist in the maintenance of quality in the laboratory
  • Recognize protocol deviances and dutifully record incidences when necessary
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the line manager from time to time
Requirement
  • Very Well-Versed in Microsoft Excel is a MUST i.e. Excel formulas, VLookup, etc
  • Ability to cross reference a number of sources to ensure accuracy of data
  • Experience in a support function is required
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy is required
  • Meticulous, Independent and have initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact successfully with internal colleagues, and third-parties
