Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all marketing aspects of all products and services under the Cordlife umbrella.
  • Act as a brand evangelist to maintain and ensure alignment to the company’s brand position in assigned territories.
  • Work with country directors and local marketing head to develop and implement marketing plans to reach target market segments.
  • Develop product core positioning messaging and determine product pricing for existing and new products using market research and competitive information.
  • Work with Digital team to develop digital strategies covering SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluate return on investment of marketing initiatives implemented and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Analyze and assess market competition.
  • Develop sales tools and marketing collaterals to create market demand.
  • Any other matters that Senior Management may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing with at least 5 years marketing experience in managerial position
  • Familiar with consumer marketing with focus in demand generation.
  • Must be highly driven and results oriented with excellent communications, management and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Process receipts and update cashbook
  • Accounts receivables billings
  • Follow up on outstanding bills
  • Prepare statement of accounts
  • Process credit payments by clients
  • Update invoice records in spreadsheets
  • All other administrative and ad-hoc matters relating to accounts receivable cycle

Requirements:

  • O level/ Professional Certificate/NITEC with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Must be responsible and reliable
  • Must be meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for IT duties for the Region
  • Creating and Implementing design plans.
  • Analysing code segments regularly
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments like: (New updates in Microsoft Application and services, IoT, AI and etc..)
  • Direct efforts to designing technical, operational and user requirements
  • Liaise effectively between business users and IT Department to ensure high quality and timely resolution of business user issues.
  • Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
  • Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan.
  • Own partnership with cross-functional technology to ensure consistent, beneficial business users interaction and solution delivery.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to business uses success and productivity.
  • Application Auditing Integrity
  • Familiarity with Software Change/Configuration Management and Build Processes in a complex environment.
  • To work with the user for the functional requirements.
  • Responsible for CRM design and coding
  • Reviewing Code work accuracy and functionalities.
  • Perform Unit Testing to ensure Current Solution for Business Login & Data

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in IT with at least 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and functional experience.
  • Web Programming Skill (ASP, ASP.NET,PHP, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, VB Script, Ajax)
  • Very Strong Programming Skill (VB.NET, SQL Scripting, C#)
  • IIS Server, Windows Server, Windows SQL
  • Microsoft Development Tools
  • Strong Web Model Concept
  • MVC Framework – Struts 2.0, Spring
  • HTTP Request & Response Model

Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate data entry of contract and submission of finance forms
  • Perform data integrity verification
  • Timely and accurate update and acknowledgement of change of details
  • Timely and accurate update of birth certificate
  • Timely turnaround time for client correspondence
  • Respond to email queries in a timely fashion
  • Perform any miscellaneous changes on Singapore Sales contracts
  • Perform scanning and filing of documents
  • Perform franking of mails
  • Maintain safety stock
  • Monitor and upkeep all borrowed Sales contracts in a log book
  • Ensure client’s dockets and scanned documents are safely and properly kept and readily retrievable

Requirements:

  • O Level with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Must be able to work within weekly deadline and to work well independently, as well as in a team
  • Positive attitude, innovative and initiative

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver exceptionally high standard of customer service to prospects and existing clients
  • Contribute to the Customer Relations Management team by providing support on pre and post sales related enquiries (promotions, products and service) through various customer touch-points (calls, emails and website enquiries).
  • Assist the Line Manager to maintain customer service excellence related activities/programs or projects
  • Resolve customer’s feedback/complaint through excellent service recovery, promoting customer satisfaction.
  • Instil customer loyalty and retention through the company's retention programs and outbound service calls
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Line Manager from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma with minimum 1year Customer Service / Telemarketing experience
  • Passion for service and possess excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Candidate with email writing skills will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision, meticulous and organized
  • Team player with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer skills; Microsoft Office
